Are you looking to release some aggression? Vale Fight Club gives you the opportunity to get involved in a controlled environment where you can bite down on your gum shield and smile. With 30 minutes of non-stop action once a month, you can hit only as hard as you wish to be hit while taking on our World and European Martial Art medalist instructor.
