Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. wantage.com uses as few as possible and no advertising cookies. Statistics cookies are used only if you say yes.
Cookies we use
- Security cookies (Cloudflare). Our security provider may set a short-lived cookie, such as
__cf_bm, to tell people from automated traffic. It is strictly necessary and expires within an hour. - Sign-in cookie (wantage.com). Set only when you use an emailed link to update a listing, to keep you signed in on that device. It is strictly necessary and lasts 30 days, or until you sign out.
- Your cookie choice (wantage.com).
wdc_consentremembers whether you accepted or rejected statistics cookies, so we don’t ask on every page. It lasts six months. - Payment cookies (Stripe). Set by Stripe on its own secure payment pages if you buy a Featured listing, to process the payment and prevent fraud.
Because these cookies are strictly necessary, we don’t need to ask for your consent to use them.
Statistics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people find useful. It sets _ga and _ga_KP1G4ML6RZ, which tell one visit from another and last up to two years. We don’t use them to identify you or for advertising. Until you press Accept, Google Analytics stores nothing on your device.
You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the foot of every page. If you reject, we remove the Google Analytics cookies.
Managing cookies
