Christian Lund, aged 23, is approximately 5ft 8ins tall and has wavy dark blond hair.
He is wanted in connection with an incident near the Bay Tree Pub in Grove that occurred yesterday afternoon, just before 5pm.
The victim, a man in his late teens, sustained a minor injury to his back and received treatment at a hospital. He has since been discharged.
Detective Inspector Richard Allmond, from Abingdon CID, stated, “We are releasing an image of Christian Lund and seeking the public’s assistance in locating him so we can discuss this incident with him.
If anyone knows his whereabouts, please report it through our website or call 101, quoting reference 43240606332. If you see him, do not approach but call us on 999.”
He also appealed directly to Christian, saying, “If you see this, please proceed to your nearest police station promptly to discuss this incident with us.”
