Grove Business Park Welcomes LUX: Paving the Way for Clean Hydrogen and Innovation Expansion

Following the announcement of the approved plans to expand Grove Business Park by up to an additional 377,000 sq ft to establish a modern hub for life sciences, technology, and innovation businesses, the park has signed up LUX for a 3,000 sq ft unit.

LUX will be utilizing a unit within The Quadrangle facility at the park to enhance its scalable, ‘on-site-on-demand’ production of clean liquid hydrogen. This initiative aims to support commercial transportation, manufacturing, and energy markets with a focus on alternative renewable fuels and energy generation.

Samuel Dallimore, CEO of LUX, expressed, “Grove Business Park is an excellent location for us. The high-spec refurbished unit will provide the perfect environment for furthering our technology among a range of other innovation businesses at the heart of the Oxfordshire Science Vale.”

Jan Losch, a director of leasing agent Savills, added, “It’s a significant achievement to welcome another innovative business like LUX to Grove Business Park. The current park offers ideal space for R&D, lab, and technology businesses.

The new development plan to expand the park will offer additional opportunities in a lively and sustainable campus, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities for innovation, life sciences, and other advanced technology sectors. We are actively discussing with businesses about the first phase of 89,500 sq ft, anticipated to be available by summer 2026.”
