Charges Dropped: Brighton Man’s Legal Battle Over Alleged Public Indecency in Oxford

Samuel Brinkley, a 24-year-old from Taunton Road, Brighton, recently faced legal proceedings at Oxford Magistrates’ Court concerning two alleged incidents of public indecency. Brinkley was accused of recording inappropriate footage of a Sainsbury’s employee while she was crouching to stock shelves in Wantage on March 1 last year. Additionally, on that same day, he was alleged to have filmed the bottoms of several unidentified women using a mobile phone in Tesco.

Despite these charges, the Crown Prosecution Service decided not to present any evidence when the trial commenced, resulting in the decision to discontinue the case.
