The event took place at St. Andrew’s Church in Letcombe Regis on Saturday, February 8.
Organized by the ‘Snowdrop Queen’ Anne Williams, this annual gathering has been brightening the village for 30 years. Anne, known fondly as the ‘Snowdrop Queen’, has dedicated decades to enhancing the local beauty, gifting the village with a stunning display of snowdrops.
Alongside the snowdrops, attendees could purchase plants and preserves, while enjoying tea and cakes served within the church. The local Greyhound Inn expressed their admiration, saying, “The snowdrops are literally everywhere. This is all thanks to a lovely villager, Anne Williams, who has tirelessly planted thousands of snowdrops over the last 30 years to make the village and its approaches so pretty at this time of year.”
