Swallow's Nest is a self-catering guest house located in the heart of a 400-acre estate that is North Farm Stud, tucked away in the rolling Berkshire downs. Nestling just below the Ridgeway, Britain's oldest road, it offers a tranquil haven for horse enthusiasts, riders, walkers, and cyclists, as well as those just seeking a relaxing getaway break in a peaceful and beautiful setting.

Swallow's Nest comprises of four luxurious bedrooms - two with en suite bathrooms as well as a kitchen and splendid reception lounge/meeting room.

A Family-Run Business
Swallow's Nest is situated in the Estate of North Farm Stud, a family-run business currently in the hands of the 3rd generation. Established in 1989, the stud continues foaling thoroughbreds and looking after horses, including being home to HEROS Ex-Racehorse Charity.
First Class Care for Horses
The stud specialises in first class care, tailor made to the individual needs of each horse, and is a perfect place to come if you need advice or assistance with problems you and/or your horse may be experiencing.
