Our comprehensive induction program is designed to provide new hires with a solid foundation to succeed. Ranging from two to eight weeks, it covers all aspects of our business operations. Additionally, we offer full training to all 7.5-tonne and linehaul drivers to comply with European legislation.
We also have on-the-job trainers who deliver training to all employees within our organization. This includes updates on new initiatives and changes to processes. In addition to in-person training, we offer e-learning courses to our staff. Topics include Internal Quality Audits, Health & Safety, and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
At all levels, we prioritize management development through our Management Development Program and Executive Development Program. We also provide further education support for any employee who wishes to undertake a role-related qualification. This support covers time off for exams and study leave and is fully funded by the company.
