Downwind Early Music Consort
The Downwind Early Music Consort specializes in performing music from the 16th and early 17th centuries. The ensemble features a variety of period instruments such as crumhorns, recorders, pipe and tabor, gemshorns, and bagpipes.
Performing in authentic period costume, the Consort has had the honor of playing for prestigious events such as Shakespeare and Pepys themed performances, medieval banquets, charity concerts, and private receptions.
