That's why, in 2011, CHF Construction adopted an "open book" pricing approach, which means we share all our costs and hard-won trade discounts with you. From materials to labor charges, our pricing is fully transparent.
Our pricing structure is simple - we charge a weekly management fee based on the size of the project, and then a percentage markup across the board, which is agreed upon prior to the commencement of the project. With this approach, extras or alterations are not subject to an inflated markup, offering you peace of mind throughout the project.
We agree on an overall profit margin that applies right across the project, passing on exceptional pricing direct from local suppliers to you. At CHF Construction, we're committed to delivering high-quality workmanship at a fair price.
