The arrest is linked to an incident that occurred near the Bay Tree public house in Grove, just before 5 PM on Sunday (December 15). The alleged victim, a man in his late teens, sustained a minor injury to his back and received treatment at the hospital. He has already been discharged and is recovering.
On Monday (December 16) morning, local residents observed a scene-watch in place in the alleyway extending from the pub to Millbrook Primary School and the Grove Library car park, indicating an active investigation by authorities.
