Fitness content creator Bailey Greetham recently visited Richmond Villages Letcombe Regis to lead a specialized workout session. During his visit, Mr. Greetham shared insights about his career journey and the founding of Be Great Fitness when he was just 17.
After the discussion, residents actively participated in a physical activity class curated by Mr. Greetham to suit their age group. The session incorporated resistance band exercises for strength and mobility, engaging throw and catch games, and seated exercises tailored for the residents’ capabilities.
Resident Terry from Richmond Villages Letcombe Regis remarked, “The fitness class with Bailey was good fun, it’s so important to stay active.”
This initiative is part of Mr. Greetham’s collaboration with Bupa, which involves visiting 12 Bupa care homes across the UK to conduct fitness activities and classes. Before the visit, Mr. Greetham expressed, “Together, we’re making it possible for Bupa residents across the country to access top-quality exercise and wellness programs, delivered by our dedicated team of expert instructors. Ultimately, creating moments that move people, helping them live longer, healthier, happier lives.”
Carol Brunton, the activities coordinator at Richmond Villages, praised the partnership, stating, “We are so proud of our partnership with Bailey. He is a delight to have in our homes. The residents especially loved his visit; Bailey brightens their day and motivates them to stay active, even after he leaves.”
