The Ark Preschool in Wantage is a preschool for children aged 2 to 5 at The Butler Centre on Church Street, next to the museum. A small team runs a colourful, connected setting with a large green outdoor area, where children help care for the garden and grow fruit and vegetables to take home.
Sessions run in term time, Monday to Friday, with all-day, morning, lunchtime and afternoon options, so younger children can start with half days. Families can visit before applying and choose as many or as few sessions as they need.
