Acorns Pre-School is the pre-school class of Charlton Primary School in Wantage, part of the Cambrian Learning Trust, taking children aged two to four. It has its own building with a secure outdoor play area, and children also use the school’s playground, sound garden and nature reserve.
Each child has a keyworker who tracks their progress under the Early Years Foundation Stage, and older children visit the school regularly to help with the move to Reception. A place at the pre-school does not guarantee a place at the school.
