Friendly cricket club with two Saturday Cherwell League sides, a Wednesday evening Downs League team
Wantage and Grove Cricket Club plays on Charlton Village Road in Charlton, Wantage, with two Saturday sides in the Cherwell League, a Wednesday evening team in the Downs League and Sunday friendlies. New players and umpires are always welcome, from experienced cricketers to those returning after a break.
Adult training is on Tuesday evenings in the season and youth training on Friday evenings in summer. Spectators are welcome at matches, and the bar is often open.
