A morning for carers to breathe and be heard

Being a carer can be challenging, and sometimes you just need a moment to breathe, connect and feel understood. Care for Carers is a support group for anyone caring for loved ones at home.

The group meets on the first Saturday of each month, from 8.30am to 9.45am, at The King's Centre on King's Walk, Wantage (opposite Sainsbury's). A light breakfast is followed by a relaxed, informal time to share the highs and lows, and prayer requests if you wish, in a safe and confidential setting.

There is no charge and no commitment. The group is hosted by Wantage Baptist Church, and everyone is welcome: you do not need to be a Christian to come.
