Established in 2003, WEST-The Property Consultancy successfully traded for ten years under license in the name of a well-known local planning practice. Our objective was to establish a reputation within the land and new homes sector, alongside our residential and lettings and management businesses. In 2014, we joined forces with a well-known Cotswolds-based agency business, still operating under license.
However, the estate agency industry has undergone significant transformation, with the focus now entirely centered around the people within it. We recognize that track records, experience, and local knowledge are critical, but just as important is possession of tireless energy and enthusiasm. With almost 3,000 sales and thousands of lettings transactions, WEST-The Property Consultancy has built a loyal following. Our clients return to us time and again and recommend us to others.
Gavin West, the company's founder, has always been committed to ensuring that the company is people-focused. Most of our team has been with us for a decade, and it is their hard work and commitment that has built our reputation.
