Located at Grove Business Park between Grove and Wantage, tfd is a privately-owned health and fitness club that delivers a highly professional service with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Our support and ongoing advice come as part of your membership, which includes access to all of our classes, a sauna and steam room and an endless swimming pool. Having extended our floor area greatly over the years, we have a mezzanine gallery for the first floor that is all open plan, providing a fantastic feeling of space, natural light, and fresh air. At tfd, cardio equipment, resistance, free weights, and zones for functional fitness are available as standard and are well-maintained and cleaned. We have five studios to host our huge range of classes, which includes Spin, HIIT, Zumba, Aerobics, Contemporary Dance, Pump, Combat, Pilates, Yoga, Dance Fit, Body Conditioning, Kettlebells, Strong and more. Our instructors are real people too, and while we won't expect you all to want to become an elite athlete, if you do, we will help you get there.
