The Lockinge Estate covers more than 6,000 acres of farmland and woodland at the foot of the Berkshire Downs, around the villages of Ardington and Lockinge near Wantage. The estate office in Ardington lets around 60 commercial units and 150 residential properties.
Its office space is in restored Victorian farm buildings in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with flexible lease terms and car parking. Most of the estate’s agricultural, residential and commercial property is leased out, and its historical values are upheld through the Lockinge Trust and The Village Housing Charitable Trust.
