Jolly Good Brownies was founded by Oli Barton, a trained chef with twelve years of experience running his own successful catering company, Mange Tout. With the encouragement of friends, family, and clients, Oli began specializing in producing and distributing his delectable brownies under the company name Jolly Good Brownies.
Our brownies are made fresh to order, using only the finest ingredients such as free-range eggs and quality chocolate to ensure a top-notch taste. They have a shelf life of two weeks when refrigerated, or ten days at room temperature, and can even be frozen for later enjoyment. To minimize packaging waste, our brownies are shipped in their presentation box, which is 100% recyclable.
Please note that our brownies contain melted marshmallows - this is the secret ingredient that gives them their uniquely soft and sticky center. As such, they are not suitable for strict vegetarians. However, we now offer a marshmallow-free recipe. If you would like this option, simply add a note to your order indicating your preference for vegetarian brownies.
