Gideon has over 30 years in catering, including strategic and operational management with a major catering contractor across sports and leisure, education, and business and industry.
He advises schools, workplaces and other organisations on their catering, including tendering, service reviews, business planning, refurbishment projects and multi-site contracts, and works with specialist contacts on design, marketing and market insight.
