Be the difference between a life lost and a life saved with St John Ambulance.

About St John Ambulance

St John Ambulance is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing necessary first aid to anyone in need. Our mission is to ensure that no one suffers due to the lack of trained first aiders.

Every year, we provide essential first aid courses to over 800,000 individuals, and our volunteer ambulance crews respond to emergency 999 calls. We have a range of roles available suitable for everyone, including catering, admin, fundraising, and publicity.

We are proud to be one of the largest youth organizations in the UK, with over 20,000 members ranging from ages 5 to 25. Our members aged 5 to 10 are referred to as 'Badgers', while ages 11 to 18 are called 'Cadets'. University students can join St John LINKS and provide first aid at gigs and sports fixtures. Our adult members (18+) volunteer locally in Wantage, around Oxfordshire, and across the country, ensuring that their skills remain fresh by participating in our weekly training program and an active social calendar.

If you are interested in becoming a part of St John Ambulance, please contact us for more information. There is no obligation to join, so feel free to come to a meeting and see if we are right for you!
