Regent Furniture, Books & Gifts is a family-run shop on Newbury Street in Wantage, known for its furniture and books. It sells craftsman-built pine and painted furniture made to order, and hand-woven oriental rugs and carpets from China, Afghanistan, Nepal and Persia, with a trial service that brings a rug to the customer’s home.
The shop also stocks old-fashioned toys, T&G kitchenware, Village Candles, Somerset Toiletries, cards and more than 100,000 second-hand books.
