The Wantage Literary Festival (formerly The Wantage (non just) Betjeman Literary Festival) celebrates the spoken and written word: literature, poetry, comedy, history, science, the arts and much more.
The Wantage Carnival is run by The Ray Collins Charitable Trust – making a real difference in our community!
Wantage Dickensian Evening
The awesome Wantage Dickensian Evening takes places on the first Friday in December each year.
The Wantage Autumn Festival has been held at Springfield Road School, but is in abeyance
Busking Saturdays 11am May to Sept by The Bear Hotel. Raising smiles and collecting for local charities.
The Mummers Play takes place outside The Bear Hotel in Wantage on Boxing Day at 12 noon
Charlton Spring Festival
The Charlton Spring Festival has kids crafts, great live music, cream teas and treats.
A month long summer festival with music, drama, crafts, photography, historical talks, heritage walks plus much more.
