Pilates is a series of strength and mobility exercises which lengthen and strengthen your muscles without causing stress to your joints and heart. By engaging your deep abdominals and stabilising your torso, Pilates builds strength from within. The exercises are progressive, concentrating on controlled, flowing movements – supporting correct posture and increasing core strength. Pilates is suitable for all ages and abilities.
My classes are small, friendly and ‘hands on’ to ensure people are performing the exercises safely, correctly and getting the most out of every class.

Monday 6.30pm – 7.30pm Beginners / Intermediate
Wednesday 7.30pm – 8.30pm Beginners / Intermediate
